Diedrich Espresso 20th

My coffee was great. My problem was. I had given the girl $2 for a tip in cash. I paid for my coffee with my card. when I was looking at my bank statement I've seen that my card was charged $10 when my coffee was only $6 some change. So she ended up getting a $6 tip I might as well have just bought another coffee and how many other people has she done this too

I've been going here for several years. Staff is great and coffee is good!

Rolled in here at 1030, 27Oct23, & asked for a 20 oz Hot 7th Heaven. They are their Signature Drink. Hot or iced they are to Die for Delicious. Unfortunately, the girl working, didn’t have a clue how to make it, asked me twice if I wanted a 16oz, after I said 20oz. Then asked me how to make it & flavors that’s in it.

5 = exceeds my expectations. The barista on duty was picking up someone else's shift. She gave me the impression that she might be new to working a coffee stand or just new to that one I couldn't quite say for sure, but her emotional intelligence was off the charts! Even though she had never made the drink I requested, she nailed it She was okay with not knowing, because she just followed the recipe in the packet posted, inside the stand,with all the other recipes. Plus, I could tell she was going to give it her very best try. She seemed like someone who gave over 100% in all that she does. More people need to take some self-worth ideas out of this lovely person's playbook: 'just because one doesn't know how to do something, doesn't mean you shouldn't give it your absolute best try!' I absolutely love this location out of all I have visited so far. Every encounter I've had has been friendly. The drinks are delicious and consistent. I like that they never assume I want my drink a certain way. They've always asked and confirmed prior to making it. There's usually not much of a wait to place an order. Love love love. 5 stars!

We love this stand. Pretty quick with good coffee, friendly staff. Easy to get in and out of.

The old morning girla few months ago was so much better then the girls there now I won’t be going back now that I know she is gone. Horrible coffee and even worse customer service

The young lady working there had two Windows going at once, and a steady stream of customers; so she was working pretty hard. Despite that, she was friendly, efficient, and made some pretty darn good coffee. I'll be coming back next time I'm in town.
