A pretty typical DICK'S location to get most of your sporting goods needs take care of. The location requires a little bit of navigation to get back to but is pretty easy to see from the road. I was able to find exactly what I needed and get checked out in about 10 minutes. This was during a Christmas rush so I'm sure it's even easier during the rest of the year.

They did such a great thing by taking back an under armour jacket I bought last Christmas for 200$ that had a zipper issue. They replaced it when under armour wouldn't. They are great! Thanks so much for being a quality company

I ordered online two items for an in store pickup, and the next day when I got an email telling me my item was ready, they also told me they canceled one of my items because of LIMITED stock. Not only did they cancel my item because of limited stock, but they also put a hold on money in my bank account for BOTH items, not just one item. When I went to the store and spoke to a sales associate about this, he asked another employee who I believe was the manager or supervisor to talk to me. Not once was I told sorry or offered any type of discount for future purchases, all I was told was "your should get your money back overnight." I work in retail and the store I work at always apologizes for inconveniences and offer discounts for situations where the customer is clearly unhappy about something on our end. This clearly showed me that the customer service here is not great at all. Also be aware that on the sheet of paper they give you after you pick up has a section that says if you complete an online survey you will get 10 dollars off your next in-store purchase of 50 or more. Funny thing is, in order to complete this survey you need to enter information such as a Web Order Number; however, my web order number has 11 digits and their online survey will only take 10 digits, aka you can't complete this online survey. What a joke.

Today I had an unpleasant customer service experience with this location and am not very happy about it. I called the location around 12.10 pm asking about water sports shoes the person on the line told me “ let me see “ and literally hangup the phone on me. I happened to be driving their anyway so i said oh well am almost there so i let it go. I go in and I recognized the person i was with on the phone from his name and also the fact that he was the only male white kid in the whole shoes area. So i asked him if they had any water sport shoes. He took me to the kids area for swimming and told me those are the only ones ,we dont have any other. I didn’t believe him and looked online my self which he saw me doing and did not even bother to help even though he was not busy and just chit chatting with his two other buddies. Anyways i looked online and the shoes were there from various of different brands but was too frustrating for me to look alone so i left the store and probably not expecting to be back here and give them business till they do something about it.

Was in there in the afternoon and witnessed a manager, (I think he was the district manager and heard the name John) being extremely rude to the employees there. He was very snippy and crass. I was embarrassed for them and left. I won't give my money to a company that hires such people. If it was me, I'd quit on the spot.
