Really quite impressed with this car wash. Good value for money as you get a lot of time per dollar, and they have a huge variety of cleaning options depending on how 'intense' you want to go. The layout is also nice in that it promotes smooth flow-through, with very few delays or time waiting. It's become my new go-to wash!
Nice carwash facility with several bays available which is convenient. Pretty standard pricing for a self serve car wash place. Easy place to drop into on warm winter days when you want to wash off all of the gunk that's melted on the roads.
My favorite car wash in Airdrie! Great pressure, angled wand and a good amount of soap.
Went to wash my newly purchased white BMW 330i and used the spot free rinse after I was done. Noticed the next day there were spots on my car. I went back to the car wash and told the owner there were spots. He asked if I had wiped the car down to dry it and suggested that may be the reasons for the spots. I told him I didn't realize I had to do that as I thought spot free meant spot free. Anyways he said he would put me through a rinse cycle on the automatic car wash free of charge. He also gave me a microfibre cloth to wipe the car down with afterwards. He didn't charge me for the rinse or the cloth and accommodated my concerns respectfully. I fully recommend this carwash and the customer service is actually really good. He could have told me "too bad it's your fault", but he actually made an effort to correct the mistake. This will be the only car wash I go to from now on. Thank you for the great service. My car is looking clean now!
Easy to get into. Time for $2 pretty standard. I liked the count down timer. Foam brush is mounted on floor holder not usual wall mount. Over-all good place.
Great place for the car wash. I prefer manual car wash over the touchless. Though I always end up tapping my card more than twice the in the wandwash. Dryer system is not really amazing.
Facilities are clean and organized. The equipment does a great job at cleaning the exterior of the vehicle. Wait times are short to non-existent and can drive strait in.
This review takes into consideration the manual and automatics wash. The wand wash/manual I five 5/5. Always clean, strong water pressure need to switch hands during the wash type strong. Had all the options you want and then some. The auto Wash I give 2/5. Code the soaking wash which is the most expensive, it did not fully clean the wheels or front bumper and didn't rinse off all the soap. Soap was clearly visible so I went in and told the guy and he told me to pull the truck in and rinse or myself for free. It's a $16 automatic wash so the point is for me not to have to get out of the truck. So having to go over and rinse it after the wash is a bit disappointing as it defeats the purpose.
I put in a twenty for a diamond wash, and waited for my change for quite a while, no receipt printed either, even thigh I pressed the button for one. Finally phoned the number provided, and was told my change would be in the office after I went through the wash. There should have been a sign indicating that. The wash was sub par and only washed the upper part of my car. I only noticed when I got out of my car at home. Never using this car wash again!
This is the best car wash in Airdrie, it's clean good value, staff and owner friendly. It does get busy you can towel down vehicle inside they also have a large lot as well if bays are full. Good selection of cleaning products in the office if needed. I have tried many car wash locations in Airdrie I prefer this location.
