I had the best experience dealing with Aysel. I love my ring Aysel found the perfect center stone and made a simple elegant setting. She was able to use my Grandmothers diamond as a side stone allowing for the ring to continue its legacy in our family. She was extremely reaponsive to all my questions and request. I would trust her for all my future diamond jewelry.
Aysel has been a tremendous help throughout the process. It’s never easy to pick the ideal stone, especially when you have very particular criterion in mind. Aysel helped me lock down “the one” by educating me what’s the most important things to look for and evaluate the pros and cons of the many options we had. She made an effort to get a hold of the two final candidates and went on-site to my friend’s place to do a conference call so that I can see them in natural lights. We waited a bit, but it was all worthwhile, and I did find the perfect one: it wasn’t the most expensive one, it wasn’t the largest in carat, but it is the most stunning one. I did had hesitation in directly wiring $$ to some company I’ve never interacted with, but Aysel was very understanding and super responsive throughout the process. Today I finally got the ring, and it’s absolutely stunning and exactly what I was envisioned. Thank you, Aysel!
I never write reviews but the service I received from Aysel was way too good to not write one. Aysel was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating for my needs. She walked me through the ins and outs of diamonds and helped me find the perfect ring for my fiancé. I will be sending over a ton of family and friends over to Aysel. Because the ending is so much more exciting I will start there. I am absolutely thrilled with the stunning diamond and ring my husband purchased from DR for our anniversary. We had a long time jeweler who was unable to locate a stone anywhere near the brilliance and price that Aysel found for us. We did a lot of research online with other jewelry stores as well, no one came close to the quality of stone. Additionally, I had a band I wanted to match and she was able to quickly see the aspects we wanted to recreate in a custom platinum band. Key factors in our transaction that I appreciate and respect in any business. Our first contact was with Nissan the owner. He was able to assess what we were looking for and relay that information to Aysel. Aysel quickly located a stone that was perfect for what we had outlined with Nissan. Nissan nor Aysel ever tried to upsell us on a more expensive stone or band. We had never been to the actual DR store front in NYC and I didn’t know anyone who had ever purchased from them. At first I was a little nervous, that was a fleeting feeling after speaking with Nissan and Aysel. We will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and we will refer all of our friends and family to them.
