The food is great but the place is in need of a major makeover. I actually walked out the first time I went in just because of the look of the place. I decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised how good their food is. The staff is always very friendly.

Got takeout pizza. Arrived home to discover one of the pizzas was not what we ordered. Didn't matter because everything tasted so weird we threw out nearly $70 of food. We're really not fussy but all three pizzas and the salad tasted awful. I'm not usually bothered by the look of a place, but the strange taste did make me wonder...

Be wary neighbours. Diamond Pizza delivered us food poisoning! Came to location to check the kitchen only to read the city has closed the store on Aug.31, and are open now. I called Toronto Public Health today, Oct.6. I don't recommend this restaurant right now.

Previously this was an excellent local takeaway that we used for years but has gone downhill recently.

I have been coming here since I can remember. So over 25 yrs. Great customer service. Love all the people that work there. Best greasy spoon joint in East York. Get the Panzos. They are deep fried!!! So good!
