Highly Recommend. Clean, Prompt, Professional, Fair pricing, nice people. Leaking faucet required replacement, non-reparable. Warren was the tech that showed up, looked at problem and explained best options considering our sinks design, and best way to save money on the repair. I purchased a faucet set that I liked at H.Depot and Warren returned to do the install a few days later. There were a few unforeseen issues that he trouble shot in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. On top of being a very nice guy, Warren is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! When the job was finished he left the premises spotless as if he had never been there. ~~~Thank you Warren!

I called this plumbing company to fix a leaking pipe under the floor and got a nightmare that became worse and worse. The cost of the whole undertaking cost me thousands of dollars and led to more expenses. I wish that I had gone to another company instead. I don't know where to begin. They removed the flooring of the room and told me that the cost of the work would be higher due to the hard rocks underneath. They raised the cost to double and because I wanted to get it done I went ahead with the project. So, finally, they fixed the pipe and then I had a contractor replace my flooring. I thought that was it. So I thought. A few years later I noticed that our water bill had gone way up. So I checked all the usual suspects and even had a plumber come in to check the situation. That cost me even more money to have the whole thing checked. After much investigation he concluded that the work that was done earlier may have leaked. Instead of calling Diamond Head Plumbing I called another plumbing company who repaired the leaking pipe. And the cost to do the job was a whole lot less even with the soil underneath being stabilized. I should have gone with the other company to begin with.
I am a Resident Manager for a condo on the Gold Coast in Waikiki. John the plumber came today to repair a shower leak for one of our owners. He was prompt and professional. He knows what he is doing and dependable. I plan to use them more in the near future.
