Mitchell did an amazing job sorting out all my small business tech problems. I was so relieved to have found someone who actually went above and beyond on making sure all issues were solved before leaving. Mitchell even acted as a liason between Microsoft and myself and made the neccesary upgrades to my systems. Awesome work!!! I now consider Mitchell a valued member of my Safe Food Services team.
Mitchell is amazing. Whenever we need technical support he logs onto our computer from afar and sorts any issues we have. He is friendly and incredibly patient. Mitchell always gets back to us in a timely manner and is great at managing our expectations. Mitchell is the most competent professional I have had the pleasure to meet in his field. Having been referred to him by a close friend i had trust in him from the start. He exceeded my expectations. He is also a wonderful and courteous person with excellent communication and people skills. It is a pleasure to have met him and have him unravel the complications of setting up my new computer. Knowledgeable and patience are rare qualities and he has both in abundance. Mitchell is a rare find and i wish him success in his business in the future.
He help me talk to Vodafone with all the tech stuff, and got me back into a cheaper plan and hooked the wires up for new fiberline. He also explained to me why I need this done. I would recommend this guy and I would call him again if we need him. FANTASTIC JOB, THANKS
