Disrespectful and impatient staff at security gate. Required to park along narrow street for tight left turn into plant. They are very anti-American at this location and quick to treat non-French speaking drivers poorly. Always a series of problems with this plant from non-existent PO#s to how they schedule appointments. Been coming here for two years. They take multiple 50 minute breaks throughout the day causing delays. The entire plant shuts down. Montreal is a beautiful city but the Diageo check-in staff at this location are garbage. Always a bad attitude and they never appear to wish to be there. The Diageo plant at 825 des Erables Blvd in Salaberry de Valleyfield has professional office and plant staff.
Semi Truck - try to reach on your appointment, otherwise you may have to wait, Came here for delivery. Once you reach the building there is signal on right side. You have to wait for the greenlight and then you can go and make a left. Security guard is right there as soon as you make a left you also have to uncouple but the pick up was about 1 hour.nDon’t miss the light or you will end up in the residential area, no restroom, only plastic one available
Do not have restroom for drivers, if you ran out of service hours on their site while delivering you have to leave the property even if you are bobtail, they don't care about the drivers.nAnd if you are delivering to this place you can use 201 hwy in the morning too coz its local delivery.
Semi truck it’s confusing here you need to stop near the lights until it turn green so you can move forward to facility and make a second left to enter the facility and there is security on the left side no overnight parking in facility there is one spot on the street to park
