My family and I are regulars here. We love eating at Di Noodle and the food is always consistently good. The decor is lacking, but I come here for the good food, not the ambiance. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu but I consistently go back to their crab noodle soup, because it’s my favourite. It’s absolutely delicious! I haven’t been able to find this on any other restaurant menu in Ottawa, so it’s exclusively only at Di Noodle. I love that they use real crab. It’s sweet, salty, spicy and umami. I love enjoying it on a cold day. It’s warm and inviting. Highly recommend!
Very close to our place, we have been several times; the have newly renovated but not accepted indoor dining as of yet. Food was good. We always enjoy the pho and the rice wrap rolls. Good flavour and good value. The Shanghai noodles I got were not my favorite but my wife’s vermicelli was good. And I love the Viet coffee from here. Always something I get Food 4 Service 5 Atmosphere N/A Overall experience 4
The only critique I have is that the broth was a little heavy on the fish sauce for my taste. Otherwise the Chicken Pho I had was pretty good.
Nice Vietnamese restaurant in South Keys. Had the bbq pork pho soup. I had a generous amount of bbq pork and the pho broth was very good. Nice modern clean restaurant inside.
Always tasty… I wish they had one closer to where we live!! Pho is delicious only downfall when you order rare beef and they put it all together for take out the beef is no longer rare
Very clean. Very quick. Very friendly. Very well priced. Very tasty. I hate going to very busy places being introverted, every time I visited, I would say it was at 35% capacity which is perfect for me, very relaxed.Food: 5/5
New recent find. We ordered two large pho; they give a VERY generous serving and definitely didn’t skimp out on the toppings. The broth was good too- not too salty but had good flavour. I grew up on homemade pho and this is probably the closest reminder I’ve had of my mothers pho in a while. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our meals. The restaurant looked very nice and clean inside. Staff were friendly. They have a “one way” direction with signs in their restaurant to control traffic which was nice and helpful. Make sure to ask for extra bean sprouts and herbs! Would be nice if the servings for the condiments were bigger.
I got seafood crispy noodles and they were gross. The shrimp had a gross texture and made me sick. $18 is a lot for low quality food. I wouldn’t come here again and I don’t recommend others come here either.
* Hidden Gem Alert * My husband and I order from here a couple times a month we used to travel to Chinatown as quality Pho Soups and Vermacelli Bowls are EVERYTHING to our foodie family. We located this gem about a year ago and have remained loyal ever since because we can't get over how delicious their Vermacelli Bowls and Pho Soups are every time, any day of the week. Hubby always gets the Grilled Pork Vermacelli Bowl. I toggle between the Grilled Chicken Vermacelli bowl and their Beef Pho Noodle soup all of which are superb. Yesterday, I ordered my Aunt and Uncle two Grilled Chicken Vermacelli Bowls with Vegetable Spring rolls. Both were super impressed with the flavors, quality and amount of food they received. If you are looking for a great Vermacelli Bowl or Pho Noodle Soup check out Di Noodle, you won't be disappointed. Ps they also make a mean iced coffee! Looking forward to trying more off their menu.
Food has a great tasting flavour and good portions for size. The hot and sour soup was not what I expected but every restaurant can't be the same, still thumbs up!
