Our Manifesto reflects the essence of our being. It informs our actions and lays the foundation for our work towards professionalizing the cleaning industry.

1. Our Daily Practice is a Journey not a Sprint
We transform the spaces we clean, as well as ourselves, through our daily practice. We learn to see beauty in chaos and in simplicity. This is a rewarding vocation where an amazing difference can be made in the lives of clients and employees alike. We hire people who love to clean, those that are passionate about learning and growing, enjoy moving their bodies, opening their minds and experiencing a new perspective. With each new skill that is mastered opens the opportunity for continued learning and improvement. We become more mindful, disciplined and self-reliant, while strengthening our integrity and humility.
2. Equal Reverence
We believe its time to change the negative image that plagues the cleaning industry. Our comprehensive training program equips our employees with the knowledge they need to achieve service excellence, however, its their attitude that really brings the training to life. No matter what our occupation in life, from doctor to accountant to housekeeper, we all seek fulfillment. Our jobs do not define us, what’s important is how we define our jobs, taking pride in what we bring to the role. We truly value the experience our employees and clients have through our service and work hard to build meaningful relationships that are in alignment with our values. 3. Cleaning for Health
Our work has a real impact on our clients’ health, as well as our own. It’s far more meaningful than just keeping floors shiny, counters wiped, and carpets vacuumed. What we do helps keep our clients and employees healthy, while reducing outdoor environmental impacts. After all, what’s the point of having clean, sterile surfaces only to get sick because of the cleaning products used? Our products are non-toxic and we’re working towards becoming a Green Seal certified company, to prove that the surfaces we clean are safe, healthy, and hygienically clean.
4. Setting Our Intention
Each morning, before we clean, we review our client’s needs and focus on what we want to achieve in each home. We review the benchmarks we’ve set and strive to beat them. Goal attainment is an important aspect of our culture. We also set audacious personal goals and relentlessly work towards them, beating our personal bests and setting the bar higher when we reach our target. By working with us, you’re supporting our growth, adding momentum to our Manifesto for Change.
5. Everyday Offers Opportunities for Improvement: Kaizen “Change for the Better”
Kaizen, refers to the practice of continuous improvement. Kaizen is a daily practice, which goes beyond simple productivity improvement, to humanize the workplace, and eliminate overly hard work ("muri"). Our employees learn how to perform experiments on their work using the scientific method and how to spot and eliminate waste in business processes, as well as those that are harmful to the environment. By approaching our work with a spirit to serve, while maintaining a positive and proactive mindset, our employees tap into their infinite potential.
6. Swaraj: “Self-rule or Self-governance”
We're very selective about who we invite to join our team; the most important quality we look for is positive, internal motivation. Our employees recognize they have the ability to shape reality and govern their own actions - what Gandhi called Swaraj – vital for continuous improvement. Using our systems as a guide, they are free to use their skills, creativity and experience to design their daily routines. They are encouraged to generate proposals for improvement while tailoring service to the unique needs of each client. We equip our employees with comprehensive training, empowering them to take ownership of their role.
