Dropped off my phone at5:30pm on Tuesday before Fiona. Seems the mic is dead. Owner said parts in tomorrow at 10:30 and two hours to repair. Great. Told him I would pickup between 3 and 3:30. Was there at 3:10pm, place locked up. Thought maybe he stepped out for quick coffee so waited 25 mins. Didn't show. Two other people came by while I was there to find it closed. Dropped in Thur at 3:45pm, place was locked up. Called Fri and he was open. Went to get my phone. Stupid me, never tested it before I paid and left. Tested at home 20 minutes later and same problem. He never fixed it at all. Had to wait till after Fiona. Called Fri and he answered. Went to shop and told him he did not fix phone and I would like my money back. He reluctantly have me my money back. After two weeks, not counting Fiona and a tank of gas I have to take my phone elsewhere. Would never use this fly by night again or recommend anyone Ely to go there either. Don't know how he stays in business. Terrible service.at2minutes later

The Device Doctors team is incredible; went in with a laptop issue and expected a few days before repair could be made, but within two hours they called with update that it was fixed and ready for pick up. My colleague recommended them for service, and I’ll now recommend them too!

It’s actually Collins mom Melanie. I spent the last 20 years consistently unhappy with eastlink and a $130.00 monthly bill. My son and I went into device doctors yesterday. Referred by Bobby vail In and out in less than 15 minutes and with a $30.00 monthly bill. This is the spot to go. I should have went this route years ago.

STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY! Very disappointed in their service. After years of using them with usually only minor issues and typically recommended them to others. Today that comes to an end unfortunately. I brought in my 3 week old Apple Watch SE brand new from apple. I had accidentally chipped the screen, not deep just surface. Even after the screen had the chips it still worked perfectly fine. Figured I’d bring it in to device doctor so I wouldn’t have to wait a few weeks for apple to get it, fix it and send it back. Well great saved a couple days of time, but they really messed up the watch badly. I had to send it back to apple and ended up having to buy a brand new watch again thanks to them. The watch they “fixed” can no longer use Apple Pay, walkie talkies, messages would no longer notify me or show up on The watch, and some error with the Bluetooth feature. According to the lady on apple support, after they took the watch apart. They found that the hardware in the Watch had been damaged which was causing the issues. Unfortunately because device doctor is not a verified apple repair shop it automatically voided the warranty after I asked the guy at device doctor if it would and he said it wouldn’t. I then complained to Cory the owner the same day that I got the watch back from DD and he automatically decided before even looking at it that it wasn’t because of them and saying that it’s never happened before even though he told me seconds before they don’t do them very often. Kept making up accuses saying that they use all the same products and it’s all verified equipment and whatever. After being belittled for their mess up, he told me to call the next day and we’ll figure something out. Currently it’s been 7 days since I’ve been there and have called more then 15 times without them picking up the phone once. $1500 later I now am on my second brand new watch and have learned my lesson to never use device doctor again.

Told me my XR had a board issue without even opening the phone. So I was told by the person who fixed it Offered me 50$. took it to someone else and replaced the screen and it worked again. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend them. They have some great employees in there I’m sure but the owner isn’t very trustworthy. Went to get the phone cause they wouldn’t pick up the phone and went to the store a couple times with no luck , closed and doors locked during the business week at hours they were suppose to be open.so In the end They Would have fixed the phone they offered me 50$ for and had it for sale for 500$ the next day.

Cory and the guys from device doctors provide the best service! Always friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my laptop in and got the keyboard replaced since I was missing a key and the new one works better and quicker than the one before! We’ve also brought in many devices before and will continue to as they have yet to disappoint! Even went in and got all our phones set up with public mobile with no problems! Device doctors does it best!! Highly recommend

Great staff Dan helped us with resetting password on account and he could have not been any friendlier and more helpful. Aces for Device Doctors to have such great staff. We also bought a cell phone cover! We also have Public Mobile and have never had any issues with it, inexpensive and easy to sue.

Device Doctors are likely one of the most unreliable and dishonest companies I've ever done business with. They have broken my devices and given them back to me with more issues than they went in with. Unfortunately, my mom had to experience them today. They said the screen on the iPhone she brought in was "no good", I guess they didn't realize they were the ones who replaced the phone screen less than a year ago. So take it from device doctors themselves - their work is "no good." They offered her $50 to buy the iPhone that they themselves did work on, and she turned around and got $150 from Cracked Device Co. Save yourself the headache of dealing with Device Doctors and take your business elsewhere on the island.

Had an issue with an iPhone my daughter was given. Cory and the team fixed it no problem and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Then the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Took it back in and he replaced the issue no problem. Turns out it was something to do with the phones hardware that needed fixing. Highly recommend to everyone!
