My twin daughters got some teeth cavities and I took them to Destination Dentaire for checkup and teeth cleaning. They have a really great facility & professional staff.The dentist seemed very knowledgeable. The dentist was easy to talk to and was present for the entire appointment to explain everything clearly. I was expecting to pay but everything was covered in the government insurance. Unlike my other dentist, who always used to charge me for nothing. I highly recommend Destination Dentaire. Thank you!!!
Although services were good, I was very unimpressed by the bad admin service. When I started coming to this dental office 3 years ago, they would process the claim and I would have to only pay the difference. When I booked an appointment for myself and my son, I was not advised that policy had changed and that I had to come prepared to pay 400-500 dollars and then wait to be reimbursed. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency in the change of policy, absolutely no information given. Given that, I will be looking elsewhere for dental services from this moment on.
Dr. Molly Shepard is fantastic, she explains what is she about to do, and there is absolutely no pain. Yesterday May 5th she pulled my wisdom teeth out at 2:00 pm and never felt pain, the only thing I took was as she said Ibuprofen and if needed Tylenol... Thank you so much!!! I will recommend her to anyone... :
Took me in with no appointment right away they were all very nice and very helpful they are people that care of what they do highly recommend this place went in because of complaining of a toothache they did everything to find the source of the problem free of charge very honest and helpful
