Excellent service

I'm currently on vacation at Camping Paradis Marin. I called the service department just to check the engine light code to see if it was urgent. I called twice more, seven days later, and the service department still refuses to check it. It doesn't even take 30 minutes to check and ensure the safety of a customer stranded on the road. Wow, I've never seen such terrible service. I had the same problem on my road trip in Alberta, and the service department took me two hours longer. You don't leave Ford customers worrying. Ford Escoumins, karma, I believe in it. Thank you. The rest is worth reading. I'm on a road trip, and the engine light is on. Always a little worrying. I called Ford Escoumins twice to check the code, and they told me they didn't have time for me. What service! I took the opportunity to call the Ford dealership in Malbaie and they answered immediately. Bernard provided incredible service and took care of me right away. He responded quickly using the Ford app and resolved my issue: I had overfilled the fuel tank after the warning light came on. Problem solved, and thank you so much for your excellent service, especially compared to the Ford dealership in Escoumins.

Excellent service, very helpful and resourceful. They got us back on the road quickly even though they didn't have the necessary part in stock to carry out the repair.
