This location has no tellers and no other location in Aurora has an open bank. There are 2 financial advisors but by appt only. It's a locked door inside the main entrance of the head office. Security said I could just knock but of course doing so only caused the staff member to open the door after 4 or 5 knocks with a surly manner. Eventually got service once tempers dropped.
No locations, and the ones nearby don’t accept customers.
POOR SERVICE!!!I have the roof of my house damaged. called the clam number. After 3 hours of waiting they transferred me to the after hours services. An hour later the lady who answered, hanged immediately. She just said "hi"! It's almost midnight and now their "24 hour service" says that they are unable to answer and asks me to call later. POOR SERVICE!!!
They keep on hanging up the phone when you call . . . . stay away !!
This is not a bank a call center drove 1h for nothing.
Literally no body here knows what they are doing
