Worst service! Receptionist doesn't even speak the basic of English nor understands it. I was there for an appointment, and right when I spoke English to her she turned to my friend (Caucasian) instead of replying to me. When I went in for my appointment the consultant was clearly racist. Did not speak a word of English as well, kept making jokes that I was born in Canada like if was an immigrant because I didn't speak French yet. (Moved here recently). She seemed homophobic as well.... just a terrible expenrience. -5 stars.
