My name is Simerpreet Singh living in Hamilton and went at Desi Mandi Indian grocery store which is located at 1515 north service road Burlington. It was my amazing experience, the fresh food, frozen items, the variety of rice i don't see all over in ontario region. All the staff is so kind and the manager is also very kind like he is my friend. Moreover our Prime minister Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau also visit at store and enjoyed meal. I appreciate all the team and the Owners going great thing surving quality and quantity food items and all at reasonable price. I recommend everyone to visit once and give your review, feedback on google.

I recently had a fantastic experience at desi mandi.The cleanliness and organization of the store were impressive, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The wide selection of fresh produce and high-quality products made my shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. I highly recommend desi mandi to anyone looking for a top-notch shopping experience.
I was a regular customer but won't be able to shop again, after this incident. Extremely disappointed to see such carelessness especially when it comes to food products. I bought 2 packet of buns Vidhya Buns on which, expiry date was mentioned for April 16, 2024. I bought it on 22nd February 2024, opened the packet to use it, and to my shock, half of the buns got fungus on them. Literally they were expired 2 months before expiry. And just to take a note, we kept it at a room temperature in our kitchen. So there is no possibility of it getting spoiled due to high temperature. Make sure you do a thorough quality check, before bringing food products on the shelves for customers to shop.
Extremely disappointed to see that in this auspicious month of Ramadan they are fooling with this package. Especially Haleem is a big failure it's way far from what you called Haleem. It's salty and very bad in taste. In terms of quantity you can count it as 5 spoons. Other than that grocery and vegetables are satisfactory a bit costly but can be compromised.
