It's a nice and cozy art store that carries a variety of products. Staff seem fairly knowledgeable about various things and will provide recommendations based o nwhat you're looking for. They also have a club points thingy too, which can be handy, although it isn't always mentioned ^_^

staff was helpful. a couple of items i had wanted to look into were sold out but it was in the new year after holidays, so understandable why. finally made the leap to purchase some higher quality art supplies for myself.

Although I miss the huge two level store, I love their new one. Still a large enough selection, and overall good prices!
