The amazoo is an interesting water park that will please young and old alike.nnThere is the descent of the Amazon which is a long course where you let yourself be lulled by the current on a course in the middle of the forest.nnThen we have the water slides which is the piranha for the blue one which turns on itself in a central “bowl” it’s my favorite by the waynnThe green one which is the snake which is in total darkness so it is covered. It gives “strong” sensations since we don’t know where we are going.nnThe red one which is the Ara is nice with its curves and its speed.nnAll ready there is the moss attraction with Druid products. It's like a foam party because the foam cannon propels a large quantity where the children can have fun making a beard, hair, etc. I do it too.nnThere is without a doubt the mega central swimming pool which has waves which can make us jump quite a bit. It's like a beach for its entrance so the slope is really nice even for people who don't want to get too wet. Paired with the wave pool there is the paddling pool for little ones.nnAll around there are plenty of deck chairs for toasting in the sun if you arrive early you will have access to those under a parasolnnThen there is the water park which is a bit like the facilities found in normal parks but in the water with water guns and everything. I'm too big because I would surely have a lot of fun climbing, watering, sliding... Ultimately having fun.nnThen there is what I call the pond because it is quieter where children can swim and rest on the floating animals small platformsnnThen there is another wave pool which is smaller but which hides a secret. It is the place of a god who wakes up and starts the waves. ATTENTION! It not only starts waves but also blowers that send out icy water. Water frets as we would say in Quebec. If you are very ready which is the fun you can feel the water coming quickly and pinching a little at the same time.nnAttached to this pool there is another quiet pond so the children can be left alone.nnIn the end I'm sure I forget things but there is something to do to have a pleasant daynnIt should also be noted that the ticket entitles you to the zoo so you can combine business with pleasure.nnThere are meal areas, toilets, changing places, shops and paying lockers.nnEnjoy note to yourself, there are season passes which are cool
I have been a lifelong resident of Granby...I love this place...the atmosphere, the beauty of the place...I have no words to describe the pleasure I experience spending my afternoon noon at Amazoo...my favorite place is the swimming pool with the snakes, crocodile and plastic wooden block...there are benches to sit on and it feels like a real lagoon, there are also whirlpools. ..it's very pleasant...the last 2 years of the pandemic prevented me from being able to take my annual subscription....so I haven't been there since summer 2019...well in summer 2022 I found my favorite place, my little corner of paradise.....Cuba 15 minutes from home.... thank you life....
