Feels rather ramshackle, being a converted house, as well as being overworked, but I put that mostly on them being a Medicaid provider and having patients assigned to them. Never even seen Desai, but the Nurse Practitioner was polite, helpful and friendly.

They put you through changes with phone calls or calling you back but sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. I'm very pleased with Dr.D and Dr Sarma.

My boyfriend had an appointment and the Doctor was sick and no one from his offices called to cancel it. When his appointment was made, no one updated his records with his new phone number.
