I have had a few different facials here and it's always a great experience. The staff are so friendly and I love the products they carry as well. The lash serum, exfoliating cleanser and sunscreen specifically have become my go to products. Love this place!Service: Skin treatments

What I love about this place is the fact that they are always honest and upfront, no hidden costs. They explain all of your options to you so you can make informed decisions and not feel pressured. I also love the fact that they will follow up after your treatments to make sure you were satisfied. This location has very friendly, helpful staff and a pleasant environment. I went in for teeth whitening and was less than impressed with the experience. My teeth were barely noticeably lighter, and had severe blotches. The technician said the blotches would fade within a few hours, but it lasted for 2 days. The technician was not wearing a mask, which is a little uncomfortable when they are getting that close to your unmasked face in order to place the product inside of your mouth, and she wreaked of cigarettes and was attempting to get rid of the cigarette breath while chewing gum with her mouth wide open. The whole experience was not great and for the price, its pretty disappointing. Would not recommend.

Really loved my experience at DermaEnvy! My friend had gone before and recommended Deanne. Deanne was so welcoming and really took the time to explain the procedure Microneedling and I was genuinely excited for my subsequent appointments to catch up and see my skin improve with each visit! Sia is the best. That's mine first time to meet her. She takes time to make recommendations and really personalize the experience for you. You can tell she genuinely has your best interests at hand and takes time to know you as a person. I will give her 10/10 for her experience. Sia was very knowledge and professional and I can’t wait to go back next month for her to my laser. She makes you feel comfortable , she’s so friendly and she is truly one of the best.

I am writing this to express some concerns about the DermaEnvy locations in my area, both in Dartmouth and Halifax, as well as the response that I got from the operations team. This time last year I had a disappointing experience with the IPL treatment at the Dartmouth location, and so did my sister. My first treatment was good, same as previous IPL treatments that I had at other clinics, so I invited my sister to the second treatment and neither of us could feel anything from the treatment and there were absolutely no positive results afterward - and no tingling or redness which is expected directly after treatment. After sharing my concern about this treatment with the clinician and sharing that I would maybe want a refund if the next treatment from our series purchased was not up to standard, she said that we could not have a refund because the IPL package was non-refundable. This year, I chose to go to the DermaEnvy located in Halifax instead, hoping that it would be a better experience. I opted for a series microneedling, and although the provider was very kind, again the treatment was disappointing. During this microneedling session the device kept malfunctioning, and just before the clinician said she was going to start the last round of microneedling, the device broke down completely. I was charged full price for this session even though it was incomplete, when I would have liked the clinician to just ask me to come back another time for a proper session when the device was working. After these experiences I decided to email dermaenvy operations, and their resolution was to offer me a 9 dollar mask after my next microneedling treatments. I am disappointed with the services and the response from operations. This recent treatment was $260, so I would hope that I would receive a quality experience that is consistent with professional standards, and I don’t believe I received this from my experiences with DermaEnvy, unfortunately.
