There is nothing more disappointing in a business than when a manager and the head office say they were going to do something and then they not only do not, but then fail to even reply to a follow up email asking about what they volunteered to do.

Because of my schedule, I needed to get fitted in Calgary, and pick up in Edmonton....and then drop off in Calgary. Not a problem for Derks. The team was extremely accommodating in how quickly they saw me. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Quick yet thorough service. Very straightforward pricing. Thanks so much Derks!

Worst customer service and very unprofessional. Completely disappointed

Went in to rent a suit, received fantastic service from Kaylee. Helped me with choices and color matching. Straight forward with the pricing, no surprises. If you find yourself needing a suit, come here first.
