I've had a storage space rented here for over 6 months.nnI was informed during sign up that the space is charged at 4 week intervals for the month, on the same day as I sign up.nIf I finished early in my term I would only be changed up to the week i used and receive a refund for the unused weeks.nnI had finished up on the 3rd of June, I notified the store by Email that I would finish up my term by this date. My contract was paid up to the 15th of June. So I expected 1 week refund for this notice as per the Dipotium contract I signed and agreed to.nnToday being the 10th I receive a message that my next month charges are upcoming, I found this strange as I had put my request in to finish over a week before. So I called to find out why.nnThey took my notice from that phone call, instead of my email. Conveniently charging me the total amount to avoid refunding me my last week.nnThis, is the kind of disrespect a company shows after 6 months of paying them, to ignore an email so they can charge more.nnYou won't get any returning customers if you treat your customer with such poor services.

Easy to operate. Clean space, good lighting. Price is a bit high but the service is good

Excellent service! The place looks clean and is accessible until 10 PM 7 days a week. I recommend this place.

Very attentive and professional staff. Excellent customer service. On one occasion, the team contacted us to inform us that the lock on our storage unit had been left unlocked. Absolutely no issues since we started renting our storage unit at Depotium Mini Entrepôt - Pointes-aux-Trembles over 3 years ago. Would highly recommend!
