When you call I do not like how LONG and  inconvenient  the automated system is. I would LOVE to call and get an actually person. Other than that I feel like ALL there people should know the same information instead of telling me three different things.

They sent a renewal I sent it back an haven't heard nothing back an they don't answer there phones

Showed up early to letthem know we are here for a 9 a.m. appointment. Told very rudely by the security guard to take a number. Had to wait for them to call our number to sign in. Its now 45 min past my appointment and we still haven't been seen. Very unorganized.

I called Monday in Tuesday they finally answered so now I can see how they gone take care of my case by gone face to face with them
