They're not pleasant people you get no help when you go to the office and it's the worst one out of every other problems you don't get enough money in Nova Scotia they practically give you nothing a live off of and they think that's okay
The department has a number to call to book an appointment for an at home COVID shot. The call is answered by a machine, which instructs the caller to leave a name and phone number. I phoned and left a message at least five times over a one week period. My phone call was never returned. There is something seriously wrong here.
An older gentleman at the desk was unnecessarily rude during my entire time. Interrupting me, saying unprofessional things in an unprofessional manner, badgering me over things he didn't understand because he interrupted me before I was done explaining it. Some of the worst customer service I've received.
