Hands down the best Dentist's office I have ever been to. The whole experience was so easy. The Dentist was professional, calm and caring. I was a little worried because I had several dental problems from not going to the dentist for a few years. But I felt like I was in good hands and safe there. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place to go!

I gave this dental office several tries, but each visit left me more disappointed than the last. My first visit was for an x-ray and cleaning. It took him 2.5 hours just to do the x-rays and I left without having the cleaning. I had to make another appointment for the cleaning, which he then told me I had four cavities that needed to be filled. I was skeptical as my dentist of 25 years had been watching those teeth for years and the tooth decay hadn't progressed.
Still, I went back for the fillings. Dr. Won has extremely shaky hands, which left my cheek especially sore after the anesthetic injections tore through the tissues. He proceeded to drop equipment on my chest and continued like nothing happened.
I've never been afraid of the dentist, but I had a panic attack in the chair that day. I'm not sure why, but I went back again to have the other two cavities filled and had to take an anti-anxiety medication just to get through it. After all four "cavities" were filled, he told me I had ANOTHER one. Dr. Won made me feel like I had no control over my dental care and I was forced into scheduling an appointment to fill the newly found cavity.
I didn't go back. Last week, I flew home to see the dentist I've had for decades. The fifth cavity he supposedly saw didn't show up on ANY of the x-rays my old dentist took.
Don't go to this dentistry office. You'll be coerced into dental work you absolutely don't need, your appointment will take three times as long as it should and you'll end up disappointed with the results.
Also, he doesn't have a dental hygienist, which should have been my first warning sign. A dentist should never be the one doing your teeth cleaning. A dental hygienist will do a much better job, and the dentist should be focused on your oral health, not the cleaning.

I think it is time to write after almost four years of been patient of Dr. Won office.
Staff was and is always friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable, even when I do not like to go to the dentist office. Always they were up front about costs and procedures. I recommend to anyone...very pleased!

Dr. Won is an honest and caring doctor. I appreciate the fact that he always presents the best treatment options for me, even when it means less money and more work for him.
