Good clinic, unless there's an emergency. I recall calling the dentist office requesting an appointment due to tooth ache and being pitied and provided an appointment 2 week after. Had to rush to another dentist to get an appointment and medication. Even though my experience had been good in past but after the above incident, I would not recommend to family/friends.
Recently switched to this clinic and am so impressed on multiple levels. Firstly, Dr. Walden is amazing! I’ve had issues with dentists not freezing me properly in the past and she got it right on the first try - somehow I barely even felt the needle! She is everything you want in a dentist - experienced, meticulous, gentle, and friendly. The clinic is also very well setup with regards to Covid safety, and the staff are well trained and professional. So thankful to have found Dentists on Bloor.
I have been a happy client of Dr. Walden for decades. She has continually demonstrated extraordinary acumen and professionalism that keeps my entire family returning. In addition to her talent, Dr. Walden exhibits uncommon empathy, compassion and sense of humour to her clients. I have been going here for years and I always find the staff to be super helpful, knowledgeable with my insurance claims and the hygienist extraordinary. Dr Walden is great with kids and makes them feel very comfortable.
Dr. Walden is a patient and very understanding Dentist. Her calm and reassuring demeanour is noticed by my whole family. It is obvious that she wants what's best for you, but takes the time to listen as to what you are looking for. She is unbelievable with kids and a more complicated procedure looks like its done with such ease. Excellent Dentist!
