So, so impressed with every interaction I've had with every person working here. Back in July, the wire retainer in my mouth broke and I was left being stabbed repeatedly by the rogue wire. A recently graduated jobless international student with no insurance, I was very worried about getting treated and how much it would cost. Dr Dim saw me the same day I called, fixed it easily and gave me half off since it was such a small appointment and I had no insurance. When I needed a teeth cleaning and had some questions about my jaw/mouth, I knew where I wanted to go. It's now January and I was able to get a booking the same day again due to a cancellation. The receptionists were very friendly and took my new insurance information while I waited. My hygienist, Victoria, was AMAZING. I cannot recall a time I have ever been happy on a dentists chair... It was painless, very delicately and meticulously done work. Almost relaxing, honestly. She answered questions I had and was very knowledgeable about all things dental-related. Was also just a warm person in general, plus zero judgement about the state of my retainer which other dentists have chided me for (it's really hard to clean!) At the end the receptionists showed me the breakdown of my payment and what my insurance would be reimbursing me for. Even without insurance it was very reasonable! I could go on more but this is already pretty long...to keep it short: I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm excited for my next appointment!! :)

I'm a health care professional with limited time and a great desire to get the work I need done right. Both myself and many of my colleagues have found myself in good hands with Dr. Dim and his staff. I am a patient of Dr Dim's but have also seen Dr. Gambacorta for an emergency and can truthfully say that they are knowledgeable, thorough, and skilled at what they do. I haven't experienced dental care like this before and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Dr Gambacorta is a really nice, empathetic and helpful dentist. She even gave me her cellphone # to call or text if I had any questions after my extractions.
