I was completely thrilled with my experience. As thrilled as one can be with a dental emergency. I broke two fillings and Dr. Eric offered to come in and see me the next day. On his day off! It was such an easy and comfortable experience for a new American in Prague but I can clearly see how Dr. Eric would make everyone feel the same. Im glad I’ve found someone that my wife and I can trust to be thorough, exceed expectations and do so with a friendly demeanor. Thanks for the travel tips as well!
Dr Eric and Alena provided excellent patient experience through all of my visits. I felt educated and well cared for through each of my procedures. Their professional compassion made me feel comfortable to explore cosmetic changes to my smile, and I couldn't be more happy with the results! Whether its cosmetic dentistry or something routine, Dr Eric comes highly recommended as a physician who provides excellent patient care.
I went to Dr. Eric as I wanted to be able to discuss my dental health with a native English speaker. Dr. Eric helped me with my questions and treatment and also suggested a way to fix my crooked smile. I had worn down some of my front teeth and had previously been told the only way to fix them was with braces. Once in a lifetime of that experience was enough so had learned to live with it. As per his suggestion I had cosmetic veneers put on a few a my teeth to even out my smile and have been extremely satisfied. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Eric in the future!
I can highly recommend this establishment and doctor Eric Rafoth. He was the first dentist that really understood what I wanted. The non invasive procedures on my front tweeth worked amazingly well and I am incredibly happy with my smile. Throughout the procedure the doctor and assistant were always very friendly and supportive. Best dentist I had in years.
I went to Dr Eric for a full smile transformation. I am over the moon with the results.I really had neglected my teeth and He was very understanding and non judgemental and made me feel super at ease. I am Irish, living in Prague so it was important for me to have english speaking dentist. I felt so taken care of and well guided by him. His assistant is lovely also. I had a lot of work done and there was never any stress and he always gave me the best solutions to make my smile as natural as possible and also preserve my own teeth. So long term all the work was as least invasive as possible. I would highly recommend the american dentist and I will continue to visit for any future work I may need. I can't thank him enough, I have my confidence back and I cant put a price on that. I was very self conscious about my smile before and now I cant stop smiling.
Dr. Eric saved my smile when I cracked my two front teeth in half. Now my teeth looks better than before. Dr. Eric is an extraordinary dentist, professional, caring and he can identify issue within seconds. I've never had such a good experience with a doctor. I go to Dr Eric regularly and I am always very happy with the care and personal approach I get there. He explains everything, so that I understand all the options and prices so I can then make concsious decision. He saved several of my teeth by simple explaning in detail how should I change my daily rutines in order to be able to keep the tooth. Not many doctors would do that!
Dr. Eric is a great dentist, he explains things really well, and he and his assistant are kind and empathetic toward the patients. I'm extremely scared of the dentist, and I came to see him after a traumatic experience where another dentist paralyzed my face for 8 hours after the procedure and didn't even finish the job. Dr. Eric and his assistant made me feel safe and relaxed all the time even using minimal anesthesia. He did a superb job, not only finished the job of the other dentist but fixed some other thing really fast and with no discomfort whatsoever. Thanks!
Being in Prague with work, I broke a tooth and Doctor Eric was listed as an emergency dentist. He did an amazing job and I therefor trusted in him to create me a new smile - Doctor Eric did an outstanding job, correcting my front teeth and I haven’t stopped smiling since I walked out the door. Doctor Eric and his lead assistant Alena, are very professional, create an safe atmosphere, that made me as a patient relax and fully trust the competence Doctor Eric so truly have. I consider myself very lucky to have found Dr. Eric. He was the only one who was able to fix my aesthetic problem which was not a big deal apparently as it was presented by other dentists; and I went to see many... I had a worn enamel of my six front teeth for many years that bothered me a lot. The worn parts were too obvious when I smiled. Besides, this problem prevented me from whitening my teeth. I was told by some dentists that only veneers can be a solution, others - nothing can help, some - didn't recommend me whitening. I didn't want veneers and I wanted to have beautiful white teeth. When I met Eric, he made everything so simple and clear why I have it, and how it can be fixed, and yet so professional. Also I particularly liked that he does everything to save the teeth before offering more radical solutions, and I was very glad to learn that properly done fillings would be sufficient to hide and protect my damaged parts. I went for his service and I am very satisfied with it. It has been a year of my new smile so far and I really love it! I have perfect white teeth that look natural and you would never guess I have fillings on them. Thank you Eric!
