Story

Dr. Lisa Richards and Dr. Andrea Miller have both been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. Both doctors are members of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Ohio Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Our office is extremly inviting and kid friendly. When entering our office, you may wonder why there are polor bears all around. That is because our offie is Home of Molar the Polar Bear!

I take both my boys here. The see Dr. Richards. She is fantastic with them! My youngest did not like the dentist at first, he would scream and yell, and she was so gentle and caring. They are very upfront about their policy for cancellation and no shows. All the staff that I have ever encountered have been extremely nice.

I have been in the dental field so many years, My son was born with dental problems and we have been in and out of this office since he was 10 months old. We see Dr. Richards and we LOVE her. She is great with a scared child that hates being at a doctor/dentist office. he is now 8 and we still go there. never had a problem and would recommend her to anyone.

I wish I could give zero stars. It's been a while since my daughters have been in. I called today because my youngest chipped her tooth. They tell me my account has been closed and we can never come back because it's been too long. So my girls now need a new dentist. They also do not do payment plans at all. They pride themselves on caring about our kids but all they want is money. I didn't even get a warning that the account would be closed if we didn't come in soon. What a complete joke. I can't believe they stay in business with such practices.

Not satisfied at all. What's happened with happy patients? What's happened with costumer service? I didn't feel welcome at all .The doctor was so RUDE to me she called me foreign and she had RIGHT to tell me where i am coming from THIRD WORLD COUNTRIE that's what she said REALLY? But i don't have right to make decisions for my kids apparently she knows better then me. I was there just for regular cleaning and check up that was all . Not friendly with my kids at all. That is discrimination ! Just because I'm not from here I am still human being

I already posted on here once and the office must of deleted it because they don’t want the truth out. My Mom worked here for about 100 days, the whole time she worked there they told her what a great job she was doing and how much they like her. Not one time did they give her negative feedback or tell her she was under performing at her job. My mom requested to have one day off because she has cancer and she needed to go to her appointment, mind you they knew she had cancer and that was the first time she requested a day off. The doctors turned around and fired my mom, stating it wasn’t working out. Which is total discrimination!!!! I highly recommend not going here for any service!!!!!!
