Dental Health Clinic

Words cannot describe the great care that I have received from Dr Taylor. I neglected my dental care for many years, was ashamed, and embarrassed to say the least. Well one day I broke a tooth and needed it fixed as you could see it when I smiled. Not only did Dr Taylor see me that day, he offered to fix the tooth, and made it look nicer than it did before the break. My favorite part of the treatment was his encouragement and compassion to help me with all of my dental needs. Throughout the entire procedure he would thoughtfully describe everything he was doing so I had absolutely no surprises, checked the color with me before gluing it on, and gave me the option to approve of the final filling. After that appointment I realized that I had nothing to be afraid of and that the care I needed was available from Dr Taylor. Since then a number of my family members have been seen or treated by Dr Taylor and have had similar experiences. Needless to say I have found my dentist for life and just wanted to say Thanks!

I was treated there 3 times every time I wasn't happy. I have paradontal disease and need all of my teeth extracted but being on disability I can't do this all at once so I was going to get two teeth extracted every time I could afford it. The first visit they tried to perform a exam and they couldn't even get their x-ray machine working their own equipment! So I had to come back for the x-ray. The next time I went in the filled a eye tooth and now my bottom teeth hit the filling in that tooth when chewing. The last time I went in the oral surgeon pulled two teeth and broke a third tooth and left it. Then told me about it as I was getting ready to leave. On the way home more of this broken tooth began to fall out so when I got home I called the office and talked to the oral surgeon. He said that the tooth was full of decay and that's why it broke my question was if you broke it why didn't you remove it he says you only wanted two pulled. They wanted me to come back and him remove the other two teeth in a week or so as time went by I decided not to go back there again because he should have pulled the tooth he broke and not long after that visit I got an infection in the broken tooth that went up into my ear so then I had to see the doctor. If your on a limited income I wouldn't use them they will push to do more than you can afford to. And you might have to spend the money you had set aside to pay them to visit your doctor

I went to this office based on the reviews and the ratings and was not disappointed. The staff is friendly. The office is incredibly clean. I have seen a lot of comments mentioning Dr. Hartman, but I can say that Dr. Taylor is equally competent. Dr. Taylor did try to beatbox, that was terrible. His work, however, is superb. After seeing reviews for other dental offices in the area, I knew this was the place. Always trust the voice of the people. I meant to write this review weeks ago. I had forgotten until I received a refund check, by mail, from Dental Health Clinic. Apparently I overpaid on my copay or it was an insurance issue, but I got some money back. I didn't know that such things were even possible. They could have easily kept these funds and I never would have known. I applaud such honesty.

I'm a college student from the area and I had to make an emergency visit. They made sure that I had an appointment right away, even though I wasn't one of their usual patients. The staff and Dr. Taylor were extremely friendly and helpful, and did excellent work on my teeth. I recommend it to everyone!

Professional and friendly, this dental group is SO worth the 45-minute drive we make to see them. They are conservative in proposing treatment, and top-notch in delivering it. As self-payers, we appreciate their discount for cash payment, too.
