Absolute joke, I told the hygienist about a cpl teeth that were sensitive and that 2 of my teeth had fillings and I wanted her to be careful when she did my cleaning... she chipped my filling then her and the dentist both said "okay all good, teeth look good etc" when in reality no their not "all good". She also kept poking at one tooth in specific my most sensitive one and when i said ow she didnt listen so i had to physically move myself to make her stop hurting me. When I got home and looked in the mirror I can visibly notice the chip by my gumline. Wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Do not go to this dentist.... After spending $300 on a crown. They expect me to spend another 2000 have a root canal when I could have had the tooth pulled in the first place.... They don't care about how much pain you're in. Just about how much money you're willing to give them....

Super upset, frustrated, and disappointed. This is the only place near me that I could find that would accept my insurance. I went in for fillings, received 8 shots of novacaine and was still in immense pain. A week later I had to go back in because the fillings weren't brought down enough and I couldn't chew on that side or speak much from pain. Two weeks after that I had to go back for the same problem. Now a week later I have to go back AGAIN because the filling has already chipped.

I'd give a 0 if it was optional. My daughter has been pushed back for 2 yrs with fillings !! Receptionist is a complete joke aka RUDE !! Never recommend to anyone !

The staff there does and amazing job as far as cleaning and the front desk is super friendly, especially Al! However, I was a little displeased with the dentist not doing the white fillings as she thinks the aluminum is better for molars. Which I know they last longer and she educated me on that preference, I understand. However, it is my mouth and my money I'd prefer what I prefer and if it doesn't last as long thats just more money and job security for them. They did their job educated me and ultimately its my mouth and up to me. I had to go elsewhere which is a huge bummer. Furthermore, it takes months to even get in, Im talking like 6 months. Lastly, on a positive note I was super pleased with the sedation they had to do for my 3yr old.The entire staff working with them for that and the hospital was amazing. It took a long time as well but they were awesome!

I went for a full set of dentures with medicaid coverage and the entire process has gone extremely easy and fast compared to the average expected wait times. I have always come earlier than every appointment scheduled by being on a call list in case of a short notice availability. The nurses are so easy going and great. Ive been treated by two dentists and all of the staff is highly recommended and super knowledgeable. The front desk staff know me by name. I feel very comfortable and welcome here. My teeth came out perfect and the dentist even took the time to explain some questions I had about about the bottom teeth which seemed to protrude some due to some relaxed muscles in my jaw. She explained in a way that I could understand. Overall, my experience was 10/10 and I would most definitely recommend this office. Thank you dental clinics north! Sincerely, Sarah McIntyre

They were very quick with getting me in, very passionate and caring as well. I was very anxious and scared but they were very patient and made me feel comfortable. I couldnt be happier with the service I received today. I recommend this dentist to anyone who wants a great experience as well as a dentist that knows how to take care of her patients while making them feel at ease and comfortable.

I have had a great experience being a patient with dental clinics north. They have performed extractions as well as multiple fillings and cleanings on me. I never had any pain except the healing process which is to be expected. They give you multiple options and they are always happy with your choice, even if it is against the dentist recommendations. Bring them your business and they will strive to get you a healthy smile

I got to my app a little early and they didnt leave me waiting. They used that time to do a over due cleaning. A new set of x-rays. After pulling my tooth which went very smooth. The dentist suggest I could save 1 extra trip by doing my first set of impression then. They scheduled me for a filling and my second impressions. I'm very happy very the friendliness of the staff and every one i was in contact with. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend your office to anyone.

Violated my Hippa rights fieing complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights OCR. Have to say Alex is good worker Dr. Arsenault violated Hippa and di something very bad with my medical information -far from over discusted. Also was treated poorly. I will not go there again - Also not paying attention and they cut my inside lip cheek- Like going to processing plant put u thru dont care your done - Definatley be reporting to the state . Being a Social worker for over 30 yrs and in the medical field, what I saw and went through was horrible.
