The service was great, clean seats and tables , my waitress named Levon who served me was the best and provided me with the service beyond my expectations, we need more waitresses and waiters like you my steak was cooked perfectly and a skillet was delicious , I definitely do recommend this location of Denny’s local guide approved. If you like this review please leave a thumbs up .
After a long wait I finally got most of my order. Turns out today the cook was having a bad day. Some of the others walked out while a few recieved food after more than a hour wait.Food: 3/5
I really enjoyed this straight up Bourbon steak, mashed potatoes with gravy and veggies. Mango smoothy was good too.
You can always count on getting a decent meal at Lake Station.. Bourbon Chicken Skillet for the win tonight.
The waitress Danielle was short with us when we asked about our table being the only one with no light bulb in the table light. We weren't complaining. We just asked. She appeared irritated by the question. Made me not want to ask her anything else. Food was good as usual.Food: 5/5
The restaurant’s food was great! The customer service was excellent. We stopped here on our way from Chicago to Michigan. The restaurant followed COVID-19 social distancing guidelines and had customers at distanced tables that were sanitized before and after use. The waitress we had was amazing and so patient with us. My nephew has autism and can have meltdowns pretty frequently but the waitress was understanding and compassionate. My family and I had good food and were full when we left!
The service was horrible and the waitress had an attitude the whole time we were there as if we were getting on her nerves. We normally go late at night around 1 or 2 in the morning and everything is perfect but we went during dinner service and it was a big mistake I won't be coming back around that time anymore.
Amazing service!! Best Denny's in the area. Food is always fresh and comes out hot and flavorful. The staff here is killing it with great experiences. This is now the only Denny's I go to in the area. Highly recommend this one if your in the mode for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They will take great care of you and you will have an awesome tasty meal!!
Walked in waited in line for 5 minutes, server took care of 2 ppl in front of me then asked what I was there for I said I'm dining in she looked at all confused and said hold on a minute and walked off for half an hour, a different gentleman walks up and she comes over and says how you doing darling you dining in? Mind you I'm sitting there waiting on who knows what now and the server/hostess never came around or anyone for that fact to check up on me.. rude service and unfriendly staff. Look forward to not coming here anymore. It's sad because I've been to many Dennys that are accompanied with flying J and I've never experienced this at any other location. Do a quality check of how you treat customers...
Service was slow. Very slow! Took a really long time for my order to be served. Food was good, tasted good and was well prepared. Wait staff was nice. My second time having breakfast here, and even though last time was months ago, I got the same waitress, Sylvia, and she was excellent.
