We had a very nice time there. It was quiet and not busy at dinner time. The Brisket-it-all sandwich was very good. The burnt ends were very tender and very tasty. The chicken fried steak was good as usual. Service was good also, as they were a little short handed, but the lack of patrons offset that just fine. I would really like to go back and get the Brisket-it-all sandwich again. If you enjoy a really good BBQ burnt ends brisket you'd enjoy this too. I hope it stays and doesn't change.
The food is as you'd expect from a Denny's. Tasty, nothing fancy, and relatively affordable all-American classics. The burgers are great with decent serving sizes, and you absolutely cannot go wrong with any of their breakfast options! However, you can tell they're understaffed, because I only saw maybe 3 people in the kitchen and 2 servers/hosts on a busy Sunday. That didn't change their demeanor, however, because I was met with a smiling face anyway. If you're looking for a decent place to just sit down and eat after a hard day at work, Denny's is the place to go!
They don't have enough cooks so they have this dishwasher guy cook the food and he burned most of the food we ordered. And dressed dirty and not enough stuff a lot of stuff running out. If they informed us ahead of time we would understand that we wouldn't have eaten there. But they gave us one meal for free. Everything tasted bad.Food: 1/5
Great experience! Nate the GM was terrific and you can tell invests a lot into the location. Our server Tiffany was a ray of sunshine which was much appreciated as we had been having a bad day. The food was great and hot, and after not going to Dennys for about six months, I will gladly say we’ll be back! Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the kiddos! Parking: Sufficient parking
Denny's food is good and especially in person when you eat in the staff is good. However, if you order online it's less so, because special instructions don't seem to be followed and what you pay for you sometimes don't get. For example, I requested an extra patty for my husband's slamburger and didn't get it, even though we were charged for it. I asked for no onions and mushrooms for an omelet and those instructions were ignored. So I don't recommend ordering online with curbside pick up. If the same happens to you l, call them and let them know and ask for compensation.
LOVE IT!! I usually go to Denny's once a week, sometimes twice!! I get a pretty good meal at Denny's!! Yes, it not gourmet!! But, you're not paying for gourmet! It's definitely worth the money, and they're consistent with a good quality product!
The staff was very friendly! We got the Unlimited Breakfast. You get unlimited pancakes, hash browns & cheesy scrambled eggs. All for $6.99. The hash browns were a little overdone but the eggs and pancakes were very good! Update April 29: We came in from out of town again and our waitress was really nice. I had the Chicken Noodle soup which was OK. But we also shared some appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were really good. That was lunch. We decided to come back for dinner before driving home but they were closed due to a problem in the kitchen. The only draw back was the bathrooms were not very clean. And had a bad odor! Parking: Connected to hotel so shares the parking lot with them
Overpriced. Greasy. Burnt hashbrowns. Food was cold. Server was nice, but slow and inattentive. Only one cook on and was supposed to be a "great cook." Our pancake puppies also had burnt bacon in the dish. Cannot believe the 5 star reviews. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. It's been going downhill for years. Not the Denny's of my youth, that's for sure!
Coffee with hazelnut cream, a dinner after my heart. Super clean place, the staff is the definition of TEAM I sat at the bar. They might have been synchronized swimmers in another life. I enjoyed my dinner, Rome, NY is a great town. Great sites n great food.
WORST Denny's order I've ever had. Not only did I have to sit and wait almost 40 minutes for a pick up. The burgers looked like they threw one piece at a time into the container, and the order of zesty nachos were not zesty or nachos at all, they were plain pita chips with a bowl of sour cream. And unfortunately didn't come across all this until after I was home.
