I was looking for a realtor to help me buy my condo and thank God I found Denise Mai team on Facebook. They are what they promise in the video I saw - professional., experienced and work towards our best interest. Denise and her team are extremely professional. Very responsive in answering any questions you may have. Her listings show off your home in the best way possible. She is a booked and busy realtor. I had a difficult neighbour with a loud, barking dog when I was selling my ground floor condo in 2021 and Denise tried her best to reason with my neighbour to optimize the open house experience. I appreciated her efforts. We had a small hiccup with the buyers after the closing day which caused me some frustration but Denise took care of everything so I wouldn't stress. Thanks Denise!
