I have been a customer of Denis Garage for the last 6-7 years, Denis is a no non-sense , very knowledgeable & experienced mechanic; he will NOT replace a part if is not required and he will identify issues that could be dealt with later he has earned my trust and I am very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. I have recommended Denis Garage to family and friends and I have gotten good feedback from them all.

Wow. Emailed looking for service because when I called, got a prerecorded message the voice mail for the person I am calling has not been set up. Not very professional...and that should have been the first red flag. Then emailed asking for cost of service and received a reply. Great. So I replied back to ask how to book, but also provided some background about car etc (its a used vehicle we just purchased). No reply. So called and when whoever from Denis Auto picked up and identified me as the person who emailed a couple of hours earlier, he started giving me a lecture about some one of my statements about the condition of the car! It's like he was insulted about what I said about the car, and God forbid I tell 'HIM' about the condition of the car until 'He' has verified it. I was simply astonished! How totally rude. I don't know if it was the owner or who, but whoever...learn to treat potential customers with respect! Guess what? This is a used vehicle that is likely to need a good mechanic going forward...and it won't be this shop!! What a joke. I paid $20 more elsewhere and received professional courteous service. Walked away happy. Stay away unless you have a abnormal desire for the added stress that you're likely to get from dealing with these jokers.

I get quick, and thorough service at all times. I've been a customer for years. Denis at times does not charge me for a minor pop in repair. I had brakes done, and he informed me I was still covered by warrantee. No charge for parts or labour. There is no better auto shop to use in Ottawa west/ Kanata/ Goulbourn

Boss was rude and pompous, never going there again, ridiculous prices, and felt like I was just another $$$ grab for them!!!
