Well managed company. Good experienced employes from civil engineering department to superintendents, Formens , Carpenters and Labour's several projects are on going in and around Edmonton. Alberta Building Codes always been followed, well Safety orientated good work ethics from them and there subcontractors quality is always there from start to finish.

I personally worked on more than 20 Delnor project across Alberta ,as a drywaller and drywall taper, 95% of the staff are amazing soul ,respectful, determined to get the project finished in the most efficient and professional ways. Delnor is a family and welcome other contractors and their employees to joint the family and proudly achieve and other Delnor projects. Delnor has alway's respected me with dignity and respect my work . My last project with Delnor, at 10130 112 street . I was lay off. Couldn't finish the project . Just another medium size Edmonton based construction company. They specialize in renovations and work for institutions such as Edmonton Public Schools, Alberta Health Services, and the University of Alberta. I worked for this company for 6 years as an apprentice and later journeyman carpenter. At the time, this company did not provide tools or pay overtime. Since then, I've been told that things have changed. Their profit margins were always very small apparently 5%-10% so any deviation in cost or schedule was met with extreme resistance. There was no budget for tools, safety, or even drinking water. However, I was shown how to work professionally in a public environment language, clothing, and cleanup were all to a high standard. I worked at the Royal Alex hospital, the Cross Cancer Institute, the Grey Nuns Hospital, the Telus Toll building, a commercial space in St. Albert, the Grain Elevators in St. Albert, a school in Stony Plain, a laboratory facility for the University of Alberta, a subsidized housing facility for the CRHC, a building for NAIT, a renovation for an HVAC company, the University of Alberta, the University of Alberta Hospital, and a building for ATB. I regret ever working here, as their knowledge and training in different aspects of construction was severely lacking.
