This place is so cute! I loved how the space is used, as it has quite a lot of seating. This was a spontaneous dinner date for my hubby & we found it very pleasant. The service was great, food came out hot & was well prepared. The atmosphere is cozy diner meets shabby chic, and the colors are MCM vibe. We ordered the almond chicken, the beef and broccoli and a side of each the rice, & fried rice. The almond chicken was nice white meat, crisp battered and mild but tasty dipping sailuce. Both rices were cooked nicely and tasted great. Our favorite though, was the Beef and broccoli. The veg in it was perfectly steamed and still crisp, the beef was thin shaved and melts in your mouth and the sauce on the beef and broccoli was like comfort food. Really extensive menu choices as well. We'll Fer sure be back.

Veal cutlets at supper time were good. They also do a good toasted closed Denver sandwich which I usually order for breakfast or lunch.Been going there since 1976.Did I just date myself!Food: 4/5

If you're new to the Bowness area like me and are looking for good Chinese, stop searching and just go here! I was skeptical at first with it being a Diner and Chinese restaurant but was very surprised and very happy after trying this place. Much better than any other Chinese I've tried near me. Tasty and filling Chinese food. I found it a bit costly but inflation being what it is what can I do and also I think its worth it!

Good food, but not spiced enough. The soft Chow Mein oodles were very bland. I stopped ordering the Ginger Beef because the meat is tough.

I very much enjoy Chinese Hot and Sour soup and I  ordered from Dell Cafe to pick up ... and it was, seriously, the BEST Hot and Sour soup that I have ever had, a little pricey, the website stated $ 11.95 for the large and when I picked it up she charged me $15.95, maybe an old website? Not sure but the quality was Amazing ... I will go back and confirm the price

I learned of this Cafe through a friend telling me about their history in bowness & I must say they lived up to their reputation with really tasty & savory food ! The owner who served us was really nice and came to check on us, overall I will recommend others to try this place out !Food: 5/5

This is a cute little restaurant in a strip mall. I've ordered Chinese a few times and it has become my favourite place to order Chinese from, the salt and pepper squid is delcious. Today we stopped in for breakfast and it was very good. This place is not fancy, but the food is amazing and very well priced. I was sad to see it quite slow on a Sunday late morning. The service was excellent.  You can tell it's a family run place and it deserves all the love. Make sure to visit when you're in Bowness. I've heard the burgers are delicious as well.

I ordered salt pepper squid and spring roll via skip the dishes, but get really disappointed when I received the food. Moisture made food very soft and didn’t taste good.
