The pho was tasty and served extremely fast. We were the only ones in the restaurant which may have helped but I suspect even when busy you could get fast service. Happy with what I received, broth left a little to be desired but it was still quite good! Owners and management asked us if we enjoyed ourselves which was a good touch.
By far the best Pho restaurant in Sherwood Park!! The food is absolutely delicious. The service is always excellent the owner even comes to say hi and remembers our order every time we go. Food and service is a solid 10/10. Would highly recommend.
Made a special order of chicken and pork and noodle Plate was looking for a chow mien like supper due to allergic to beef. First off skip delivered it to wrong hotel room and the meal was terrible it had beef in it so could not eat any of it, no sauce on the noodles plain as jane ,very dry with no sauce!! on top of no fork, no napkins nothing!!! When people spend $50 on a meal and are asking for special considerations due to allergies you need to take very special care in preparing their meal!! This was garbage couldn’t eat any of it!!! I will never order from here again wasted $50

Delicious Pho in Sherwood Park has been a much favored destination of mine for many years. I have brought both family and colleagues to this small, family run business, as the local competitors simply do not carry the same high standards in authenticity, presentation, and customer service. One can usually tell when a Vietnamese restaurant takes shortcuts on its broth. Try the pho here to know the difference. You will come away knowing that the owners were faithful to a clean, flavour-rich recipe. Speaking of the owners, their overall good-nature and attentiveness serve to enhance one's dine-in experience. Whether greeting me by name or remembering what I tend to order before I even take a seat, they are a duo that demonstrate pride in all that they do.
Best service in the Park! The wait was understandable since it was very busy. Food has very good flavour! I would recommend anyone to try!
Went in for lunch, the vermicelli bowls were absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly and kind. Very good portions, and very filling! Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options!! Parking: Lots of parking! Dietary restrictions: Had a peanut allergy, and staff were able to accommodate without issue!
Usually i am happy with this place, made an order today and my beef and chicken in my vermicelli was very fatty , shiny , hard and chewy. Not tender like last time. I couldnt even finish it. Im pregnant and i asked my coworkers to try it and both said it was tough or "plastic" I wanted to make sure it wasnt just me. The beef in the salad rolls were very very tough . The standard salad rolls were chewy and not flavorful at all , it was all noodle with a sliver of meat . Its like it wasnt meat at all... its like... the reject meat that was thrown to the side and sold for 2 cents a pound --- new chef ? new meat distributor ?The deep fried shrimp and deep fried banana were good at least and ice coffee . They also forgot my drink on pick up so i have to go back since i paid over 2$ for a can. Out of 170$ plus tip --only 31$ was worth it.
Extremely good food it's definitely a must-try!!.. I know me and my family really enjoy going there and the staff are super energetic and friendly Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid-friendly and service is always super kind and nice
I am not one to write a bad review, but I got the WORST experience from this place. We ordered a combo and the receipt didn’t print, but the lady didn’t believe that the payment came through even after showing her the bill on the bank app AND when it’s clearly saying payment went through on their POS. She was extremely rude to me, and did not have the patient or the capacity to listen to what we were saying. She called someone on the phone but after giving us such rude and subpar service. Please bring your business somewhere with an actual customer service. She even yelled at me for asking to talk on the phone for my boyfriend.
Food is excellent. I like to try different things sometimes and try to order different things off menu. Food is always fresh and hot when brought to table. Service is really good too. The owner is right in there working and making sure the customers are satisfied with what they get.
