This beautifully situated hotel is beyond our budget, but we enjoyed having a delicious drink in the bar. This is an excellent place to peek at the 1% and their hangers-on (a couple of gorgeous, dressed - to - the - nines gals sitting at the bar who were obviously there to find some sugar daddies straight off their yachts) and the wealthy foreign guests that mostly inhabit the hotel. The waiters were very polite and knew how to deal with the affluent. The scenery was wonderful. Altogether, a very entertaining hour.

Beautiful hotel and location! Rooms are a pretty good size and the bathrooms are beautiful. The service was amazing.

I don't like the hotel but there is a Quiet park across from the Delamar with a great view of Greenwich Harbor. Few picnic tables and a clean restroom. Sparsely used except on event days during the summer. The Delamar restaurant is overpriced & and food underwhelming. Tried it twice and found it noisy inside. Outside seating is better on cooler days.

It's a nice little hotel with a beautiful interior and rooms to match it. Has great customer service for a small staff and is located right near the water. Is also a short drive from the Greenwich town center full of great dining and shopping.

This is a European style hotel that caters to the yachting crowd. Lush interiors, lots of wood paneling, but no grand proportions. The Delamar is an intimate property with a high commitment to service. Being in the waterfront, there is a lot of humidity and some of the waterlogged character of that humidity, despite air conditioning. It's worth mentioning only because it's noticeable and, given the location and age of the property, unavoidable. The property is handicapped accessible, though it requires a lot of maneuvering in a very small elevator. The floors are staggered, not stacked, so 3 is above 1 and 2 is between them to one side. This makes for a confusing amount of stairs at first glance, but it adds a cozy labyrinthine feel to the place. The standard rooms are cozy and very well appointed. Nightly turn down service includes chocolate. There is a 24-hour hot beverage center for espresso/cappuccino and killer hot chocolate. The front desk greets all guests with sparkling wine or beer and water. The downstairs lounge area is unusually comfortable and the continental breakfast is sparse but includes fresh squeezed orange juice. You won't find a waffle maker or rubbery microwaved eggs. Instead, they have a modest selection of decent pastries and yogurt with fixings as well as some fresh fruit.
