We were in the area visiting the Air Museum and googled nearby places for lunch… so glad this place came up on our search! We stopped by for lunch and ice cream. The falafel wrap was amazing.. fresh veggies and falafel tasted great. My husband got the same but with chicken and he loved it. Will definitely be back again for the wraps. Highly recommend if in the area!
The gluten free sour dough was the best part in these pictures. The portion was a bit weak for the rather high price of a grilled cheese. The amount of pulled pork on it was skimpy. I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese and it was pretty flavorless. It was a good portion but the pasta hardly had any cheese on it until you got to the bottom. The pasta itself was very under salted. Next time, I’d try the chicken skewers.
Really interesting menu, there's an item for everyone on the menu. The Döner is really good, they also have a nice variety of local sodas. Really quick service there, you order first then sit down.
Enjoyed my experience here. Got a pulled pork Mac n cheese and at first glance, I thought it was going to be a small portion, but ohh boy it was not. It was delicious too. I've seen reviews saying it was tasteless and there was no cheese in the Mac, but this is also untrue. If you actually mix it up, there is a nice covering of the cheese as well as the pulled pork/sauce. Very delicious. I can see this being a place to go to treat myself once and a while, since I'm not from the area. Service was very friendly and kind, very prompt too. My Mac n cheese came out very quickly.
I've been there twice, the second time giving them the benefit of the doubt from the first time. The food is ok at best, nothing I'd travel more than 5 minutes for, they try too hard to make it complex and it lacks flavor. The service is less than appetizing. The staff has always been rude, making customers feel as if they should bow in the presence of greatness, numerous people I work with state the same. If the staff were better friendlier I'd probably eat there again. Most eat there just due to convenience, same with myself, there isn't much in town. Spending over $20 for a Hot Dog with fries and a soda is a little too pricey. This will be the last time I eat at this establishment.
Always been a fan but the prices are absolutely outrageous now. Protein is extra on any of the already high sandwich prices. I certainly understand prices have gone up but $22 for a chicken gyro with fries or $14 dollar for a wrap with no protein is insane. We won't be going back and will stick to other local spots that charge the going price of around $14 for a sandwich with protein and a side. Very disappointed
This is such a gem of a place! Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and the place was not crowded. Food was delivered promptly. We had the Turkish Berliner wrap, Chicken Pot Pie soup, Spanakopita, and Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. This place is close to Maple View Farms, so if you're headed to their brewery, stop at Deep Roots Street Food and get some food to go!
Great food that was well made with good ingredients just a touch pricy i.e. $50 for two adults and one child. had the Turkish wrap and nearly couldn't finish it was so big, but so good I did. Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was real food in smaller portion Parking: In a plaza with plenty of space
We loved this phoritta wrap with crispy tofu and the chicken egg rolls with chili sauce delicious! So glad we found them. Hopefully they’ll go back to dine in soon
Doner kebab and Gyro were really good, but falafel was a huge disapointment. Also food is quite expensive, 1 app and 2 handhelds was about $60.
