Have received great service and assistance from Deena Media over the years....Several years ago we had Deena convert a special 8mm movie from 20 years ago to CD with customer cover for family members.. Process was quick and easy and the end product was of high quality. Recently had an entire box of old 8mm home videos converted to digital files and then had some of them edited into specific files for friends and family. Conversion went very well and the editing was done exactly as requested. High quality service and prices seem very fair....We highly recommend them

I’ve used Deena Media’s services 3 times now, digitizing old home movies. Edin and his staff have been efficient and reliable. They have completed all our projects with a fast turnaround. Originals are handled with care. My most recent visit involved digitizing 10 - 8mm film reels from the 1950’s and ‘60’s; material was ready in just over a week I was not in a rush. We plan to keep using Deena’s services to unlock those old memories.

We've used Deena Media's services several times in the past few months, first to convert old really old 8mm and Super8 rolls that belonged to my mom, then once again to salvage MiniDV and VHS cassettes of important family events as well as hours of footage of our kids. The latter task was obviously challenging and time consuming due to the different formats and lack of real standards in past decades. Edin did a great job converting my miniDVs to mp4 files, turn around time was very fast and the price was exactly what we agreed upon. Unlocked a lot of forgotten memories from 20 years ago. I would recommend this place to anyone else who has old tapes sitting around at home.

I had a great experience at Deena Media. I first called London Drugs, wanting to get a VHS tape transferred to digital. Four to six weeks they said. I then called and went to Deena Media; he finished it in just over an hour as I went and had lunch; it was great service, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend going there.

This business is highly recommended! I brought in a cassette tape from 1981 and requested if he was able to extra the recording onto CD for a special birthday present, as it was a very sentimental tape. They were meticulous to extract the recording and put it onto a CD and I bought a flash drive from them to have a digital copy. They did it in one day turn around time. I understood the risks as the tape was old, but they were able to do it successfully in one day. I will be coming back to bring other cassette tapes and old camcorder videos to save them digitally. Been here to convert some old VHS and 8 mm film to digital format mp4. Not only did they do a great job but they did it promptly. Would definitely recommend.

This business was recommended by friends who had some old 8mm home movies digitized. They showed some clips to me and I was impressed with the quality. Fast forward 22 months later and I also needed 3700 feet of precious family and childhood memories preserved from old 8mm film. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Edin and his business. They know they are dealing with memories that are precious and treat you and your memories with the utmost respect. I've since had some reel-to-reel audio tapes preserved, and will likely need some VHS memories digitized as well. Oh, park at the neighbouring Save-on-Foods; lots of room, no parallel parking, and it's 'free' to park.
