The women who work here are extremely quick and efficient. The moment i walk away, i feel confident my parcel will be sent correctly, which is what truly matters when you are sending something out. To the people who do not think the service is friendly enough? Try getting what you need in the way of personable service when you go grocery shopping or visit a restaurant, I personally, prefer not to stand in line while someone is having a nice, easy, chit chat with the staff, i just want to get it done and these are the women with the right stuff to make that happen.
Very hard working and they always try to find the most expedient way for my packages to reach their destinations.
I run a small online business and am usually here at least once a week. The girls are absolutely fantastic at their job. They are extremely quick and efficient even when I come in with 10+ parcels to send. They always charge me the correct amount for packages which I love, I often get over-charged at other post offices. I couldn't be happier with their service!
Horrible service. Been here 2 times, both time same thing. I asked if i needed to pay, i got a BLANK stare and a response "you can pay for that tape" refering to the tape she needed to use to seal the box. I asked 3 questions 2 times i visited, both time no answer, blank stare, as if needed to answer my own questions. This kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE should not be accaptable, not all of us spend hours at the post office, not all of us understand what labels to put on our packages, these are normal questions customers should have answered.
So rude and unfriendly. They never greet me or smile and I am a regular business customer. They don't answer questions or if they do you get a one word answer. Canada Post needs to look into this business. Awful business in Canada Post's name
We have a mailbox there and drop by on a regular basis. The people at Dee's have been very friendly and helpful every time. In fact, they are so pleasant, considerate, and helpful that Dee's is without question the best post office we have ever used.
terrible service, never picks up the phone, always closed. if you can, try and get your parcels sent to the post office across the street.
The girls there are outstanding, I have never been to a post office with excellent service like this. If I could could give them six stars I would !
I miss the old Dee’s with the antiques! : But they are always friendly when I go in and the location is handy with good parking.
Terrible sevice! Put wrong postage on parcel and it wassent back to me. Stared at me blankly.
