Great home made food that specializes in making healthy wholesome meals without the deep fryer. The prices are fair and the portions are great. We had their pork chop special and we were not disappointed. The service was also prompt, accommodating and very helpful with our order. Pleasant atmosphere, a must stop of the highway on a long trip. We will definitely stop here again.

$18 for a baconless burger, "fries" and a pop.. Which wouldn't have been horrible if the food was awesome. Unfortunately it wasn't. Not at all. The burger was a bit of a mess but tasted ok once re-assembled. Nothing to write home about to say the least. The fries however were actually home fries left over from breakfast service (possibly the day before) and had that old reheated potato texture. Disappointing considering how easy it is to make actual french fries in a fully equipped restaurant that only had one other table to serve... I guess that should have been my first clue. In conclusion, try the pizza place across the street. It looks kind of run down but it was super busy and seemed like one of those neighborhood staple kind of places.

There was an $8 charge for music which we didn't know about. We started to leave but the owner said no they would waive the charge. Server came & said dinner was fixed at $15 but it included salad entree & dessert. 2 choices of dinner were seafood pasta or pork chops. I asked if it was REAL seafood & she said absolutely crab, lobster & shrimp. Since i previously was sick on Surimi (imitation crab) I asked & she said absolutely not. So we ordered 2 seafood pasta dinners. Salad was nice, fresh & tasty. Then out came the poorly done "seafood" pasta. Definitely Surimi. I could smell it almost made me gag. I told her this & she said no it was all real seafood. I said I would give it a try, did so, & could not eat it. All it had in it was finely chopped 'really' red pieces of whatever (Surimi I am sure). She took it back & I said I would have just the pasta with alfredo nothing else. This was supposed to be a full course dinner for $15 as stated .When done with the pasta she said I hope you saved some room for your dessert. So we ordered the hot fudge brownie. Looked pretty but most of the brownie was hard as a rock. This meal which should have cost $30 complete as we had no drinks just water, ended up costing $70 since they charged us $8 per dessert & $20 per meal. We would have never ordered dessert as we didn't really want anything else from there, but it came with the meal so we figured how bad could it be. Over $80 for the meal with tip. We had been there a long time ago & had the Veal Parmesan & it was very good. We were the only 2 people there for dining with 2 people that came in late for the "music" but had their own guitars. Music quit at 8pm we left around 7:15 so not a bit crowd expected. Disastrous. Won't be there again.
