I ordered a large hanging plant and two small succulent with rootball smaller hanging pieces for a memory care unit in Windsor Ontario. I was not disappointed they arrived beautifully packaged with care to protect them. The craftsmanship was beyond my expectations and they truly look amazing. I feel the price was good for the product as they look spectacular. I would highly recommend. I will be ordering again.
There are a lot of nice decorations for your home, some real innovation going on here but pricing isn't reasonable. Want a nice pot arrangement to do some gardening in? Priced at 300$, something similar at Canadian Tire... 40$. Something nicer on Amazon, 75$. I know this place isn't for the every day consumer but go take a walk and check out the competition.
By far, the best place to purchase fake plants in Montreal. I've been here a few times and both times, I was extremely impressed with the selection and quality of merchandise. Compared to other artificial plants on the market which often look very fake-looking, the plants here are very realistic and reasonably priced too. Their Christmas displays are stunning, and after the holidays end everything is 50% off, which is a great deal. The store can assemble bouquets for you, and they even take custom orders for artificial trees. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend a visit here, even just to admire everything!
I am so very impressed with the customer service I received while buying artificial plants and containers from Toronto, ON. I got preliminary answers and guidance as to pot size from a Live Chat. Then when I was more or less decided and I asked Marketing for pictures of the individual plants in the appropriate pots, it was done enthusiastically and quickly. I had been wavering about these purchases for a couple of weeks before I reached out for help. Not sure I would have taken the chance on purchasing and being wrong and nowhere near the store without all this cheerful and willing help. I wish this kind of customer service was the usual in our world today!
Delivery was very fast, however I did not like my chosen flower pots. Camille immediately exchanged them without any problems. Two days later I received my new flower pots and they took back the ones I did not like. Couldn’t be more pleased with their fast and efficient service!
Such a great store. Everything there is gorgeous and of quality, but with that comes a hefty price tag.
Very poor customer service. I bought a lot of patio furniture which was expensive but I thought that the price was justified since it was supposedly good quality. Unfortunately, it was not as many of the chairs broke. The company is not honoring its guarantee but instead blaming their supplier. I have been trying to get the furniture fixed for over 6 months with no success. They most certainly do not stand behind their products.
Such beautiful things but a little on the pricy side
I have a few issues with this company. 1. Don't order from their website if you live in an isolated community. 2. Don't expect them to track your package unless you call them and let them know you are still waiting for it. Fact: I made an online purchase on July 28th. Fact: Canada Post did not pick up my items t the store until August 11. I called and was basically told, the person who handled your order was on vacation and I don't know why it took a week for Canada Post to pick up your order. I emailed Veronneau again this week to find out why my package is showing in Edmonton since August 17th and shared that while I am in the Yukon it is still Canada and should not take this long. Then I called them and was informed that they contacted Canada Post and was told that the box is too big for them to deliver and that they can't deliver at a PO Box. IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER A CERTAIN SIZE ITEM BECAUSE CANADA POST WON'T DELIVER IT THEN LET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW UP FRONT. IT IS THE STORE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE ADDRESS AND CALL OR EMAIL THE PERSON IF THEY HAVE QUESTIONS. I GOT NEITHER. Well, I had a PO box all along, this did not change after I ordered the product and secondly, I would think that as a business they would know the dimensions allowed by Canada Post. It is now September 15th and I have still not received my order. I will never shop with them again because they should follow up on orders and communicate with the customers if there are problems. Blaming Canada Post will not work with me. They were provided with the address and the PO Box from the beginning, I did not "spring" this on them. Very deplorable customer service. They don't follow up on your order unless you call them or email them. So...If your address is a PO Box because you live in a village that only has PO box services... Don't order from them. UPDATE I was informed on Sept. 16th that they could not deliver my order because of the cost to them to do so and that they were cancelling my order and would issue me a refund which I could expect within 10 business days. I contacted them again yesterday, Sept. 29 and asked why I did not get refunded as of yet. Today is October 1st. I received an email with the proof that the refund was issued yesterday, Sept 29th. and that I should receive it by October 4th. This is terrible follow up and follow through. Had I not called again yesterday, they would not have issued me the refund even though I have their email stating that they had issued the refund on Sept. 16th which was an outright lie. Unless you go to their store and buy in person and be done with them, I would not recommend you buying online. Horrible experience.
I do not understand how you took the time to answer my review but have not acknowledged my phone calls or emails. Oh yes, in the reviews you publicly try to defend your reputation; but then don’t mention that you make your customers feel appreciated when you can not return their calls. Let’s summarize this review...I purchased Christmas decorations, I did not receive what i ordered, I asked for a refund, I purchased new Christmas decorations and many other items throughout the year from you and you will not install my decorations because I was too much of a problem.!!! YOU MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE DELIVERY I have pictures of what I ordered and what I received but I was not supposed to say anything and keep the wrong items??? Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, what you are trying to put on print in this review came off as someone trying to defend themselves in an awkward situation. You could actually have saved your reputation by acknowledging the truth rather than stating a lie. I was told that you would not be able to install my decorations because I caused you too many problems with return items which YOU mistakenly delivered. I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND I RETURNED THEM!!! After your reply to this review, I took the liberty to call your store and inquire if they had availability to install Christmas Decorations and they replied, yes for next week!!!! THEREFORE, YOU DID NOT REFUSE TO INSTSLL MY DECORATIONS BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL BOOKED BUT BECAUSE AS YOU TOLD ME ON THE PHONE, I CAUSED YOU TOO MANY PROBLEMS!!! Please know that if you have to return an item, you will go on their blacklist!!! The boutique carries beautiful decorative items but unfortunately the service lacks....I had ordered Christmas decorations last year and requested their service for installation but when I received the items, they were not what I had ordered and I requested a return. I went back to the store and I re-purchased many Christmas decorations for this year as well as I have purchased several other items throughout the year. Last week, I called the store to arrange an appointment to have my Christmas decorations installed and I was shocked when they told me that they would not install my decorations because I was too much of a problem last year!!!! Ironically, they delivered the wrong items and I requested a return and “I was too much of a problem”!!! This reflects terrible customer service and their refusal to install my decorations suggests that they do not appreciate me as a buyer therefore I will no longer purchase from them!!!
