Decorium is a furniture store offering custom furniture at reasonable prices and good quality. Decorium also offers modern furniture, luxury furniture, contemporary furniture and upscale furniture. They have a good selection of pieces; living room, and bedroom pieces are the best in terms of selection and quality. Dining room selection is a bit weaker. Each piece can be made in many different fabric options and finishes. The only reason for not giving them five stars is the fact that they don't carry very many natural materials like cottons and linens. Do get the delivery and assembly, they do an excellent job.
We are thrilled with our new custom sectional —designed for a smaller basement with tight access. Our salesperson Ellen Zworth is extremely knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and always eager to assist and provide regular updates. We ordered our sofa in late fall of 2021 and it was supposed to arrive in February but we have it now mid-January. Decorium has a great selection and a clean and well laid out showroom just north of the GTA. Prices are mid to higher range, but quality is excellent. All of the staff I dealt with were very helpful and eager to provide relevant information. Our delivery was scheduled and went smoothly with positive friendly movers eager to problem solve. We look forward to returning to Decorium again soon.
After many months of searching I finally purchased my dream couch. Renata was amazing every step along the way from providing me with swatches to regular updates regarding the status of my order. If you're looking to update your space I would highly recommend Decorium for their customer focus staff and vast furniture selection.
We recently purchased 2 lovely chairs and some art to finally finish off our living room. We will be back to pick up more pieces to finish off other rooms of the house. The customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this store for all of your furniture and home decorating needs.
The best service every time. The most excellent quality pieces. This place will not disappoint. Alla is the best at reading her clients’ needs and bringing them to the exact spot in the showroom that will meet their needs. Highly recommend !! My first choice hands down.

We appreciated that you gave us space to browse and wander in the store. The associates at Decorium are respectful of their customers' needs and tastes; the associates do not try to sell them items they do not want. We come back to Decorium because the furniture there is rare - it is made with care, natural materials for the most part, and within our price range. Decorium has a great collection of furniture but it is it’s services where it truly stands out from its competitors. I would like to specifically thank Adriana and the delivery crew for helping my mother and I throughout the whole process. These individuals have made our experience with Decorium a memorable one. I highly recommend stopping by this store if you are ever in need of furniture.
Our family has shopped at Decorium for years, and have found them to consistently carry quality products with a fashionable, modern style at reasonable prices. When we've looked at other stores for furniture and decore, we find ourselves coming back to Decorium for our home's staple pieces. Their delivery charges are a bit high, so if possible, we suggest buying a few items together to offset the cost. Their staff are very friendly and helpful, offering attentive service, BUT we almost always deal exclusively with Alla -- she is amazing! She has a great eye for design, is very patient, and works very hard to make your experience easy and comfortable, so that you get the best pieces possible for your time, effort, and budget. We take pictures of our space and show her what we want, and we can trust that she'll give us an honest opinion, and guide us towards the right purchase.
