Very good experience the first time I visited Decathlon at Markville Mall. John approached me while I was looking for badminton shoes. He asked a few questions to understand my needs, suggested suitable shoes and chose the right size for me. I like the shop, it is practical with lots of varieties at a reasonable price. Very helpful finding bikes with the sales person Anandu who helped very much. Very great collection of sports things. This was my first time in Decathlon and I like very much. Anandu was great and good at service. I recommend this store to all.
First time coming to buy some equipment for my children. While wandering around, an employee rudely told me to leave for trying out the displayed equipment. However there were many other people trying out the same equipment. He made it obvious that he was discriminating me. I am very disappointed.
