Being a person over 70, I've had a wide variety of physicians/clinic appointments through the years and this one was exceptional....from the efficient/prompt welcoming at time of my appointment, to a caring approach/"bed side manner" provided by Dr. Scarlett. She offered complete description of the "issues" and alternatives (in simple/clear form) for the alternatives. And, medication - or follow up appointments - were not pushed upon you. And, upon departure, there always seems to be the "insurance" or "compensation confusion" at the front desk....none of this at this clinic in Mequon! Actually, a wonderful day....though the "freezing" of many moles was a bit uncomfortable - though very much appreciated.
