I bought my wedding dress off the rack at Kleinfeld so it needed some repairing as well as alterations. While Kleinfeld's alternation packages start at $795, Debbie was able to hem the dress, add a bustle, reattach the straps, fill in some missing crystals, and steam it for a fraction of that price. Thanks Debbie!
