Before Christmas on a Saturday our electric panel fried breaker panel, old house. We were obviously very stressed and worried especially being on well. I called De Longhi and got their callout service. Within 2 minutes Marc called us back, asked a few questions, and showed up maybe 10 minutes after the call. He clearly stated we needed a panel change, and was able to give us temp power for a few days. Fast forward to the day of the panel change, feels like -35 or something crazy. Josh did the panel change, all very professional workers and excellent service. This company went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be happier with everything they did. A perfect 10/10. I definitely call and absolutely recommend this company for any other work, no questions.
