I just wanted to take a moment to let you know of my experience with Mr. De Bousquet and his Team. Words cannot express the professionalism you and your firm have given me. You and your representatives were very kind, understanding and very helpful. Far too often, people are eager to write letters or make a phone call to complain, but I wanted to take the time to write to let you know that I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Mr. De Bousquet. Throughout my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available and was patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case. Alex was very truthful about my case and told me like it was. Often many people hate their lawyers, because they "skip around the truth" not Alex, he has been so kind about helping me understand. Upon settlement of my case, I felt that it was a fair settlement amount and that Mr. De Bousquet did everything in his power to ensure this process had truly been as smooth and comfortable as possible. Every step along the way, I was kept informed of the progress, promises were maintained, copies of communication between De Bousquet PC Barristers and Solicitors and the defendants representatives were always sent to me. I could not have asked for more! I thank and commend Jean-Alexandre De Bousquet and his team for truly being Professional and Fair!

Mr. Jean-Alexandre De Bousquet is a great lawyer, to the point and very honest. Charges very reasonable rates for his services and does not charge beyond the hours he puts in unlike other lawyers I've dealt with.

Alex and his firm are by far the most professional and sincere team I have ever come across in my life. They honestly are a Godsend. My decision to have his firm take over 2 separate cases for me, was the best decision of my life. One was a Property Case and the other a Family Case. They go above and beyond to support you, to defend you, and do the best they can to represent you.They were available on the phone, by e-mail and even via texting. I can honestly write an entire novel about my journey over the last few years with him and his team. I was in a time of crisis, young, naive and completely clueless as to which steps to take. I had chosen De Bousquet Barristers and Solicitors because they were a Bilingual firm. I called Alex early on a Sunday morning panicking with the situation I was in. I could hear that he was at home and that he had taken his personal time to attend my call. I remember his response was ''I can help you''. He did far more than just help me. After my first consultation with him I was able to sleep again, my anxiety level went down drastically and I was reassured by him that everything was going to be okay. I had my life back. Alex is very knowledgeable, logical, sensible, has a very kind heart, and is very approachable. He always followed up with me when there was an update and would clearly explain my different options. If I did not understand, he would rephrase or re-explained everything to me so patiently. The 2nd case that I handed over to his firm almost felt impossible to me because it was overseas at the other end of the world. His team worked very hard and they made it happen almost instantly. Because of my career I often travel and sometimes work overseas and I was still always kept in the loop. Whether or not I was in or out of the country communication and payment was very easy. Payments are very organized and you get a receipt that outlines exactly how the payment was used, and how you were charged. I must also mention that Alex and his team took care of absolutely EVERYTHING. They handle all the paperwork, phone calls, research and trips to the courthouse. I was able to carry on with my life stress free knowing that everything was in very good hands. I only had to show to his office in person when a signature was required. They took care of everything else. I highly reccomend De Bousquet PC’ Barristers and Solicitors. You will be good hands and completely stress free.
